Well this picture basically sums it up... This is my new motto and outlook on life... I want to live in the NOW... I have had many people tell me to live in the now and stop worrying about the past and the future, but it didn't really affect me until this last week. After a hard work out at track my coach pulled me aside and talked with me. He could tell I was stressed and just needed to hear what he had to say. He said... Abby, you need to stop thinking about what has happened in past and stop worrying about the future. If you keep going through out life like this you will NOT be happy. I really need to live in the moment and enjoy every second of my life, because after all you only live once ;]I challenge all of you to live in the now and to stop thinking about the past and the future.
